YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You will take on the technical and organizational responsibility for a motivated 25-strong support team - including planning, management and further development.
- Together with the specialist departments, you will ensure that our customers' control center operations run smoothly.
- You will always maintain an overview, come up with fresh ideas for process optimization and provide impetus to sustainably increase customer satisfaction.
- You will continue to develop our technical support - with a focus on efficiency, quality and sustainability.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You have an education in information technology and several years of experience in a similar role - the perfect foundation for your next career step.
- ITIL service management processes, particularly in the areas of service operations and continuous service, are not new territory for you.
- As a leader, you will take on budget responsibility, manage the cost centers in your department and always keep an eye on target achievement.
- You conduct job interviews, support new colleagues during onboarding and actively pass on your expertise.
- You impress with empathy, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer and service orientation - even in challenging situations you remain confident.
- With your appreciative and proactive manner, you will quickly become an important pillar of the team.
