YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • End-to-End Responsibility: You take full ownership of a specific product area, continuously evolving its functional depth to ensure the delivery of maximum user value.
  • Requirements Engineering & Stakeholder Collaboration: You work closely with stakeholders and product management to identify, analyze and define complex requirements that solve real-world challenges.
  • International Team Communication: You conceptualize these requirements and communicate them to our international development team, ensuring a shared understanding and high-quality implementation.
  • Flow & Delivery Management: You manage and refine product delivery by focusing on a steady, ongoing and transparent flow of value. You use clearly defined policies to ensure high quality and a predictable output.
  • Decisive Backlog Management: You prioritize the team backlog in Jira and make informed, timely decisions to keep the development team focused on the highest-impact outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Synchronization: You actively connect with our Domain Leads to identify and resolve dependencies, ensuring seamless integration within the wider product ecosystem.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • The Ownership Mindset: You are passionate about shaping software in a large-scale environment and take full responsibility for the impact and quality of your domain.
  • Professional Communication: You have excellent German skills for deep-dive stakeholder collaboration and are fluent in English, your primary working language within the development team.
  • Conceptual Strength: You have a natural ability to break down complex needs into actionable concepts and enjoy working out smart solutions together with your team.
  • Agile Proficiency: You value open, honest communication and have a solid understanding of flow-based work or are a trained Product Owner.
  • The Technical Perspective (optional): You might already be an experienced PO, or perhaps you are a Senior Developer looking to pivot. We highly value the technical expertise you bring to product strategy.
  • Tools of the Trade: Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus for managing backlogs and documenting requirements.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 55,356. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
