YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • You will create and maintain the technical documentation for our customer systems and thus contribute to the efficient cooperation with the Technical Support and the internal specialist departments.
  • Your focus will be on updating, quality assurance and the continuous automation of the documentation - always taking standards and norms.
  • In addition, you will fill the knowledge database with relevant information, how-to articles and guidelines and define clear documentation processes to make knowledge structured and accessible at all times.
  • You will analyze and process technical tenders, provide the necessary information and contribute to the success of the company's success.
  • The training of our apprentices as well as their professional and personal development round off your job profile.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • What qualifies you for your role, in addition to a completed technical training or comparable professional experience, your enthusiasm for software-based for software-supported documentation tools.
  • Ideally, you have experience with the technical drawing programs Visio and Auto-CAD, Microsoft Office tools as well as Confluence, JIRA and Docusnap.
  • You have logical and analytical thinking skills, and you can complex topics in a structured and clear way and also impress with your organizational skills.
  • Your way of working is characterized by initiative as well as a high solution and results, and you are valued as a communicative team player.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around €42.000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
