YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You will be responsible for coordinating, organising and booking (inter)national business trips.
- You will take on a wide range of administrative tasks, e.g. obtaining quotes, adhering to budget limits, forwarding invoices and ensuring careful documentation.
- You enjoy new challenges and support colleagues from project management and other departments in their day-to-day business.
DEIN SKILLSET
- Ideally, you will have initial experience in travel management or in an organisational position, e.g. as a receptionist.
- You are characterised by an independent, communicative and structured way of working, and you always keep track of things, even in challenging situations.
- We are looking for someone with organisational talent, a high sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, networked thinking and great reliability.
- You communicate clearly, friendly and professionally and enjoy working with different people.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 35.000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
