YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Support the Project Management and Department Leadership team within Customer Delivery Management (CDM)
- Organize, prepare, and follow up on meetings, workshops, and reviews
- Create and maintain meeting minutes, reports, and presentations
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project-related activities
- Assist with project controlling, including schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain project data and documentation in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Coordinate appointments and activities with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Support change requests and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and processes
DEIN SKILLSET
- Completed commercial, technical, or business-related education (e.g., business school, technical college, university, or equivalent)
- Structured and independent working style with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointIdeally, initial experience in a project environment and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 35.000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
