YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You take on the central role in our international IT projects and are the professional and technical contact person for our operations control software.
- As a process/domain expert, you will advise our customers and play a leading role in the planning, coordination and implementation of our software technologies.
- Together with our users, you determine their requirements for our software. In addition to analysing and documenting customer needs, you will act as an interface to our software development teams.
- In the course of software upgrades, you will accompany our customers during the rollout of new features and support them in the implementation of updates.
- Through continuous exchange, you will be familiar with customer needs and proactively address development potential.
YOUR SKILLSET
- A completed IT education (HTL, FH / Uni) qualifies you for your role.
- Ideally, you have already gained valuable experience in IT consulting or other IT disciplines.
- You are characterized by know-how in requirements engineering and a customer-oriented way of working.
- As a communicative type, you have a good command of German and English - you enjoy conducting workshops.
