DEIN BEITRAG
- Your area of operation covers the city of Salzburg and its surroundings, southern Bavaria and eastern Austria.
- You can expect varied assignments with exciting technical tasks and
direct contact with our control centre customers on site. - You will be responsible for servicing our entire product range – from hardware and software to IT and communications technology – directly on site at our customers' premises.
- Your focus will be on processing service orders, creating informative maintenance reports and representing our company professionally. You will also be part of the technical on-call service.
DEIN SKILLSET
- A completed technical education (e.g. IT, communications technology) or a comparable qualification qualifies you for this role, regardless of whether you are a career starter or have (initial) professional experience.
- You have very good German language skills.
- Your entry into the company begins with comprehensive training, during which you will get to know our processes, tools and your team. Even after that, you will remain in close contact with your colleagues.
- In your role, you will have a lot of creative freedom and work closely within the network of our service technicians.
- With a driving licence B and your willingness to travel, a service vehicle will be available to you for your assignments.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 42,224. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
