YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You will play a key role in the further development of our mission-critical control and dispatch systems.
- As part of your agile, cross-functional team, you will work together to implement requirements, primarily using C#/.NET.
- You will have the opportunity to further develop your backend skills, while also contributing to frontend development.
- You will take a holistic approach to new requirements, incorporating security and software quality into your team’s discussions from the very beginning.
- You will contribute to software quality by creating automated tests and conducting code reviews.
- You will develop a deep understanding of the tasks and challenges involved. When implementing your solution strategies, you will consider not only the happy path but also a wide range of possible scenarios, while paying close attention to minimizing side effects.
- You will actively contribute your ideas to the team, refine them together with your colleagues, and then implement them collaboratively.
- You and your team will continuously develop and improve together, enabling you to achieve the goals you have set.
- Within your team, you will play a key role in onboarding and supporting the development of less experienced colleagues.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You have a technical education in software development/computer science and/or several years of practical experience with C#/.NET.
- You are a team player with the right balance of collaboration and assertiveness, while also being comfortable working independently.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
You are highly motivated and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and learning new things. - Your strong analytical, conceptual, creative, and methodological skills are complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Additional knowledge or experience with C++, Oracle, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around €62.664 . We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
