YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You coach, support, and guide one or more cross-functional development teams.
- You coordinate team collaboration and actively, skillfully, and ambitiously drive the teams’ development with appropriate measures.
- As a role model, you embody self-organized and agile working methods, convey their principles and methodological know-how through workshops and training, and thereby strengthen your team's self-responsibility.
- You create reports, interpret them correctly, and communicate them clearly for all team members.
- You prepare and moderate Scrum meetings, such as daily standups, planning meetings, and retrospectives.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You bring a strong character along with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- You proactively foster an open environment for effective and constructive communication, demonstrating both assertiveness and empathy.
- A strong interest in optimizing processes, keeping the essentials in focus, and thinking outside the box are valuable qualities.
- Enjoying the empowerment and challenge of the team, while not shying away from resistance, demonstrates resilience.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, combined with pronounced analytical, conceptual, creative, and methodological abilities, is a clear strength.
- Initial experience in (agile) project management or agile methodologies forms a solid foundation, with eagerness to further develop in an exciting environment. Ideally, a Scrum Master or project management certification is part of the profile, though not mandatory.
- Confidence in MS Office is essential, and familiarity with tools supporting agile methodologies (e.g., Confluence, Jira) is highly desirable.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 36.000,00. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
