YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • You coach, support and accompany one or more agile development teams.
  • You coordinate collaboration within the team and drive the further development of the teams with suitable measures. 
  • As a role model, you will exemplify an agile way of working and communicate its principles and methodological know-how.
  • You create reports and communicate the results in a way that all team members can understand.
  • You prepare and moderate scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, planning meetings and retrospectives.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • You have a strong character and excellent communication and moderation skills.
  • You are empathetic, enjoy working with people, and are interested in optimizing processes.
  • You enjoy supporting and challenging your team.
  • You already have some experience in (agile) project management or with agile methods. - Ideally, you already have a Scrum Master or project management certification, but this is not a must.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 42,224.00. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
