YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Customer support for public, industrial and airport sectors: You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure lasting relationships.
- Advice on software features and hardware replacement: Together with our specialist departments, you find the best solutions for our customers that best meet their software and hardware requirements for 24/7 critical environments.
- Requirements management: You clarify enquiries and help to ensure that our offers are precise and convincing.
- On-site customer appointments: You bring our solutions directly to customers and experience first-hand how eurofunk creates added value.
YOUR SKILLSET
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering, information technology or electronics & technical computer science (HTL/FH/UNI)
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills that inspire!
- Organizational skills and genuine problem-solving expertise
- Membership of the fire brigade or rescue service? A plus point!
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25 %)
- Career changers from IT service, support or consulting are very welcome.
