YOUR CONTRIBUTION

You play a key role in shaping our innovative communication technology products. -
As a team player, you take technical responsibility for your agile development team, create user stories and manage the team backlog. -
You will be in contact with stakeholders and refine customer requirements in collaboration with product management. -
You will make it your job to understand our customers' requirements in detail and ensure that they are implemented.
YOUR SKILLSET

Your passion for designing software in an agile environment qualifies you for this role. -
You have a technical education in the field of software development - preferably in IT or communications technology. -
You are characterized by an independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and presentation skills in German and English. -
You value direct and open communication and treat your team and our stakeholders as equals. -
Your high level of comprehension helps you to recognize customer needs and synergies and to make efficient decisions. -
Ideally, you have product owner training (e.g: Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe® Product Owner, and/or as a Requirements Engineer according to IREB) - Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 53,802.00. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
