YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Preparation of payroll accounting for our international colleagues
  • Realisation of the monthly Austrian payroll accounting
  • Control and settlement of travel expenses and commissions
  • Contact person for questions and concerns relating to labour law, social security and payroll tax matters
  • Preparation of various analyses and reports
  • Preparation of third-party debtor declarations and consideration of
    executions
  • Liaising and coordinating with relevant authorities and offices

YOUR SKILLSET

  • You are qualified for your role with a completed commercial education training (apprenticeship, HAK) as well as professional experience in Payroll accounting in different collective agreements
  • You have passed a payroll accounting exam and have a solid knowledge of labour law
  • You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Discretion, reliability and flexibility are values you live by
  • You are characterised by structured thinking, a high level of quality awareness as well as a careful and results-orientated way of working

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 45.000,00. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
