YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- As part of the legal team, you will help to draft tender applications in accordance with public procurement law for calls for tenders.
- You will review and draft terms and conditions as well as contracts with customers and suppliers, and assist with contract negotiations.
- You will handle various legal matters in close consultation with management and the specialist departments.
- You will also contribute to insurance law matters, such as reviewing clauses and assessing claims.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are nearing the end of your law degree or have already successfully completed it, and ideally have some initial professional experience in the legal field.
- You are quick on the uptake and have the ability to structure even complex issues and implement them in a targeted manner.
- You have an interest in technical matters and possess some basic knowledge of IT law.
- With your open and determined nature, you will quickly become part of our team and communicate confidently in German and English.
