YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • You will provide data protection support for customer projects (including the creation of data protection concepts).
  • You are the interface to our in-house information security team and provide them with legal advice.
  • You will be responsible for drafting requests to participate and tenders in accordance with public procurement law.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating general terms and conditions and contracts with customers and suppliers.
  • You will deal with complex internal insurance law issues (clause and claims audits).
  • You will deal with licensing law issues and set up a license management system.
  • As part of the team, you will be the point of contact for the management and specialist departments and support their issues.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • You have successfully completed a degree in law and have at least two years of relevant professional experience as an in-house legal advisor. Previous knowledge of IT law is desirable.
  • You are interested in technical matters and have an excellent command of English.
  • You are prepared to deal with foreign legal systems through international projects.
  • Problem-solving skills and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you.
  • With your appreciative, communicative and proactive nature, you will quickly become part of the team.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € ##f_total_gross_salary. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
