YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Initially, you will support our project teams in two of our major control centre projects with
- organizational and administrative tasks
- coordinating appointments, meetings and workshops, and
- travel planning for all project participants
- You will grow into the role of a project manager, whose tasks also include:
- Creating and maintaining project plans, presentations and documentation
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and adherence to deadlines
- Preparing reports and status reports
- Project controlling and budget monitoring
YOUR SKILLSET
- You have completed commercial or technical training (HTL, HAK, etc.) or a degree in economics, communication or a similar field.
- Initial professional experience in project management is an advantage.
- As an organized person, we can count on your structured and independent way of working. You are also characterized by your commitment, networked thinking and reliability.
- You are confident using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
- You are open and communicative, enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a high degree of initiative, while maintaining an overview even in challenging situations.
- Very good written and spoken German is a prerequisite, and English skills are an advantage.
