YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- In your role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring our voice communication systems.
- You will carry out the implementation and commissioning on site at the customer's premises, ensuring that smooth operation in the control centers.
- After successful commissioning, you will support our customers in the first few weeks as a competent contact person. You will then hand over the control center to our support team.
- As an interface, you will support the technical support team in an advisory capacity.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are qualified for your role if you have completed technical training in the IT or communications engineering field.
- You have already gained experience with IT systems and are ideally familiar with the VoIP environment.
