YOUR CONTRIBUTION

You are part of our 1st & 2nd level IT support and support our employees at headquarters and our branches. -
Together as a team, you will be the point of contact for over 600 employees. -
After receiving specialised training in our IT systems, you will gradually take on responsibility for the administration, maintenance and further development of our IT systems and IT applications. -
You will ensure that the company's IT guidelines are adhered to. -
You will take on project-related tasks in the internal IT environment. -
We will actively support your ongoing, self-motivated specialist training.
YOUR SKILLSET

You are qualified by a completed IT education (IT apprenticeship, HTL, IT technical school, ...) and have a good german language skills. -
You already have initial experience and knowledge of common client and server environments as well as cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. -
You have knowledge of TCP-IP networks, structured cabling, PC hardware, network printers and operating systems (Windows 10/11). -
As a communicative team player, you have a user- and service-orientated way of working. -
You are characterised by initiative and solution-oriented action and are enthusiastic about operational processes and the implementation of IT projects. -
You are characterised by a very good technical understanding and a high level of problem-solving and service orientation.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 40.922,00. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
