YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- With your technical know-how, you standardize our IT product range (servers, storage, backup, virtualization).
- You record and evaluate requirements, coordinate their implementation and define the necessary processes.
- You evaluate and test new hardware and software, create concepts and maintain them on an ongoing basis continuously.
- You plan and coordinate IT infrastructure services as well as asset & license management, patch & release management.
- You communicate with stakeholders, manufacturers, service providers and internal departments and coordinate topics such as capacity management.
- You create, analyze and maintain reports, e.g. assets, licenses, planning, installations and configurations.
- You advise and support IT projects, e.g. rollouts and non-standard changes as well as service requests.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are qualified for your role if you have a technical IT education, a high school diploma, a (technical) university degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- We are looking forward to your experience in the planning, implementation, maintenance and long-term development of IT infrastructure services in the server/client environment (HW/SW equipment, life cycle management, standardization management, standardization).
- Experience in coordinating the operation of IT infrastructure services is an advantage.
- You have knowledge of ITIL service management processes, in particular service strategy, service design & CSI systems.
- Your calm and structured way of working is complemented by your creative approach to finding solutions. With your appreciative and proactive manner, you will quickly become part of the team.
