YOUR CONTRIBUTION
With us, you’ll support the HR team with tasks such as:
- administrative tasks related to human resources
- maintaining and managing HR data and documents
- assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- contributing to HR projects and day-to-day operations
- creating and refining templates in our HR tool REXX
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are in the advanced stages of your degree program, for example in business administration, business psychology, or law / business and law.
- You are interested in HR topics and would like to gain practical experience in the field of human resources.
- You have strong IT skills and enjoy learning how to use digital tools and systems.
- You work independently, in an organized manner, and are reliable.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy finding solutions and answers on your own.
- You are communicative, a team player, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong MS Office skills round out your profile.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 1,785. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
