YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You will manage and take responsibility for the entire recruiting process, with a predominant focus on software development. In doing so, you focus on the holistic employee experience.
- In your varied area of responsibility, you will be a sparring partner for our managers and employees.
- You will advise the specialist departments on all personnel-related topics and support with their implementation.
- You take responsibility for HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
- You will support the team in various HR projects - especially in the area of HR marketing, e.g. at HR trade fairs and events.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are qualified for your role with an education in business administration (preferably with a focus on Human Resources) and experience in HR management, recruiting or generalist HR activities.
- You enjoy communicating in German and English.
- As a communicative team player, you have a winning manner, creativity and social skills.
- You are bursting with ideas and are looking for an environment where you can implement them.
- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working methods are a matter of course for you.
