- You promote cross-departmental collaboration through active stakeholder management and transparent communication, while taking responsibility for the budget and managing resources efficiently.
- You build bridges between requirements and technology by communicating them in a solution-oriented manner – for maximum clarity within the team.
- You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 10-member cross-functional, motivated DevOps team and actively promote the further development of your employees.
- You will coach your team with clarity and heart – strengthening personal responsibility, individual development and strong teamwork.
