YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • You promote cross-departmental collaboration through active stakeholder management and transparent communication, while taking responsibility for the budget and managing resources efficiently.
  • You build bridges between requirements and technology by communicating them in a solution-oriented manner – for maximum clarity within the team.
  • You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 10-member cross-functional, motivated DevOps team and actively promote the further development of your employees.
  • You will coach your team with clarity and heart – strengthening personal responsibility, individual development and strong teamwork.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 60,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
