YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • You will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of a 10-strong
    DevOps and systems team - including employee development, mentoring and hands-on teamwork.
  • In close cooperation with our development teams, you ensure that everyone can work smoothly.
  • You maintain an overview of complex system landscapes, identify optimization potential in CI/CD pipelines, and implement measures to continuously improve system stability.
  • You will further develop operational task management in the DevOps environment,
    automate recurring processes and ensure high efficiency and quality through monitoring and incident management.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • You have a sound education in IT and several years of experience in a comparable DevOps or IT service management role.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD and the entire software and product lifecycle and actively drive automation and continuous improvement.
  • You take responsibility for budget planning and cost centres in the Systems & Operations department and ensure a targeted and economic implementation of our projects.
  • You will conduct interviews, support new team members in the onboarding process, and contribute your leadership skills in a targeted manner.
  • With your several years of management experience and your appreciative, proactive way of working, you quickly integrate yourself into the team and contribute to an open, collaborative team culture.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 60,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
