YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Build the application: Design and implement key features in our test automation platform using TypeScript to provide insights over test coverage, trends, and team metrics.
- Frontend & UX: Create intuitive interfaces that help teams understand what is failing, what is flaky and what needs fixing.
- Collaborate cross-team: You will work closely with your user base - testers, developers, product owners and scrum masters across multiple teams. Your code will support team-workflows and decision-making.
- As part of the team you will own the API design, UI & UX and you will be responsible for code quality, performance and maintainability. You will participate in reviews, CI/CD and be responsible for clean and testable code.
- You will join daily standups, planning using Kanban and hold retros to focus on improvements.
- You will explore and integrate the use of AI to support complex test failure analysis and more.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You bring solid experience in Node.js and TypeScript, and you‘re confident working with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
- You are familiar with RESTful APIs, data visualization, and know how to design intuitive UIs that make complex data easy to understand.
- You have experience working with MariaDB (or other SQL databases) and feel comfortable designing efficient data models and writing optimized SQL queries.
- You have worked with CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and understand what it takes to ship reliable software in an agile setup.
- You love digging into data and building tools that give engineers better insight into quality, test coverage, and performance.
- You are comfortable working in a cross-functional setup, talking to real users (testers, developers, POs, SMs) and turning their feedback into real features.
- You value code quality, take ownership, and are not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve team workflows.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 44,450. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
