YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical measures on our buildings - from maintenance, servicing and repairs to modernization. This also includes tenders, requests for quotations, commissioning and construction site inspections, including record keeping and invoice verification.
- You will act as an interface in day-to-day business - supporting colleagues with technical, content-related and organizational issues, acting as a central point of contact for our technicians and managing resource planning and task coordination.
- Documentation, budget checks and obtaining quotations are just as much a part of your day-to-day work as ensuring structured processes in facility management.
- As a Junior Partner alongside the Head of Facility Management, you will gradually develop into the Head of Technical Facility Management - with increasing responsibility and room for manoeuvre and the opportunity to actively help shape processes.
- You will manage our company flats (e.g. rental agreements, handovers, tenant communication) and be the central point of contact for owners, tenants, internal colleagues and technicians.
YOUR SKILLSET
- Completed technical vocational training (HTL, apprenticeship, technical college, master craftsman) with practical experience - ideally in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar specialisms
- First professional experience in technical building management
- Sound technical and commercial understanding and a high level of interest in building technology, maintenance and technical processes
- Very good IT skills (especially MS Office) and confident use of modern software tools
- Economic thinking, basic business knowledge and good understanding of work processes

- Strong coordination and planning skills for technical projects, maintenance and conversions
- Strong communication skills in dealing with colleagues, external service providers, customers and suppliers
- Ability to work in a team, solution-oriented thinking and assertiveness in operational implementation

- Decisiveness, ability to work under pressure and professional demeanour
- Very good written and spoken German; Knowledge of English an advantage
