YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You will be responsible for your own client portfolio, with the goal of continuously building business relationships.
- You will identify clients’ challenges and propose solutions.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for client matters within the company and work closely with other departments.
- You will tailor services to meet client requirements and contractual agreements.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You have experience in direct customer contact - for example, in the hospitality industry, at a front desk, in tourism, customer service, or sales.
- You remain calm, confident, and solution-oriented even in stressful situations.
- You have a keen sense of customer needs and impress others with your strong communication skills and empathy.
- You handle complaints and escalations professionally and find pragmatic solutions.
- A business or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL) is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Initial experience with digital tools or software is a plus.
- Very good written and spoken German skills.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 37,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
