YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- You will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of a 25-strong support team - including planning, management and further development.
- In close cooperation with our specialist departments, you will ensure that our customers' control center operations run smoothly.
- You will always maintain an overview, develop ideas for process optimization and implement measures to sustainably increase customer satisfaction.
YOUR SKILLSET
- You are an empathetic, motivating personality with strong communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
- Your training in the field of information technology and several years of experience in a comparable position qualify you for this role.
- You have in-depth knowledge of ITIL service management processes - especially in the areas of Service Operations and Continual Service.
- Your appreciative, proactive nature will quickly make you a valued member of the team.
