YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • You will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of a 25-strong support team - including planning, management and further development.
  • In close cooperation with our specialist departments, you will ensure that our customers' control center operations run smoothly.
  • You will always maintain an overview, develop ideas for process optimization and implement measures to sustainably increase customer satisfaction.

YOUR SKILLSET

  • You are an empathetic, motivating personality with strong communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
  • Your training in the field of information technology and several years of experience in a comparable position qualify you for this role.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of ITIL service management processes - especially in the areas of Service Operations and Continual Service.
  • Your appreciative, proactive nature will quickly make you a valued member of the team.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 55.000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
